What is RSR about?

Being part of RSR is to be a music lover by nature with the ability to express, perform, investigate and analyze what we could
do for the next generation of musicians; providing the necessary tools to achieve a dream shared by all. We want to inspire
trust and share knowledge through music, because music is a universal language! There are no barriers to the good vibes!

Jon

It’s about being a good band member. My greatest experiences in music have always come from working with great band members.
The ability to rock is great, but in my experience it is far more important to be a good band member first; a real team player
- that’s what makes a band tight. For me, this is what Rock Star Recipes is all about. Everyone involved in planning, producing
and publishing our music courses is a great band member. Whether it be working tightly together on a new lesson series or just
just jamming out with the gats around our desks, it’s the tight team mentality that enables us to do what we do.

Curiosity

I am the kind of person that wants to know more, find out more and explore the possible. In the back of my mind I will be asking myself WHY is that true? Why have I arrived at that decision.   Encourage a culture where we can all Ask why? Find out why? and Enjoy the why?.

I love technology and seem to be suspicious of new things.
I will try and Dabble each day, Use new technology, Share technology and play.

Experience to teach

I am always Learning and changing. I drive myself to Practice, Up skill and Qualify. Learn from my mistakes and not be afraid to make them. It feels really good to Master a task and then to teach the task.

I believe that relationships become stronger through experiences. The more experiences you can share the more opportunities you get to become TIGHT!

Moses

I believe that good music is just like a good relationship and good relationships are the best things on the planet. The
relationship a kick drum shares with a bass line is no different to the honey bee and the flower, when everything works out
both parties receive mutual benefits simply by coming together at the right time. Furthermore anyone observing these types
of relationships or interactions is able to enjoy them to whatever extent they choose.

In life people end up spending a lot of time at work so I’m stoked to be part of a team that actually values good relationships.
It makes such a difference being able to look forward to catching up with your work buddies every day.

So I’ve been coming to work each day for the past three years, helping customers troubleshoot problems and answering questions  about our courses…little did I realize that there were actually real motivations behind all actions that take place at Rock Star Recipes Ltd. Actual values that are the drivers behind everything we do here.

Well after our ‘session’ I am much more in the know of what Oprah would call the WHO of who we are. It’s clear how having
this knowledge (of the values that shape the business) impacts directly, not only on what we do each day, but how and why and
when we do it. Underlying all of this is the profile of a Rock Star and it must be said, “What a Team”!

Recipes tick, no marketing or P.R. bull$#!*…bottom up not top down, just real honest values that we live and bring
to our work

It’s just like being part of a band and we all bring out own unique style and character. I hope that our customers, fans and
friends can also relate to them and join us in our movement to shape the next generation of musicians
