what’s the best sound system to utilize when playing along with the backing tracks? (head phone into the computer, separate computer speakers, or other ) I may be playing too loud, but feel like I can hardly hear the backing track when doing a lesson at maximum volume.

    Hi Dominique,

what I use is big headphones with the volume setting so that I can hear my guitar and the backing track. After a couple of runs you’ll know the backing track enough to reduce its volume further and focus on your guitar.

I have come to this spot thinking that somebody would tell us where the backing tracks are. I have been searching, and as of yet I have not been able to find any backing tracks. Can somebody please direct me to where they are. Thank you in advance. Rick

In case my previous post never appears…

Look up ‘jamorama’ on soundcloud. Otherwise look at the top of the ‘Lead Guitar for Beginners’ main page under ‘Jam Tracks’
