I’m a beginner guitarist, started this year.  I never even thought about playing guitar till I wanted to show my nephews ,8 and 10 years old, how to play guitar which forced me to learn. What a beautiful instrument pretty much like learning how to play piano but on a fret board. Pretty hard in the beginning, trying to get your fingers tips to harden up,  but once thats over it becomes tolerable.  If i had only known back in the day how enjoyable it is to play guitar, you great guitar players would have had to make room for me.
